Our service area is normally confined to the south east/central part of Washington state, but with technology nowadays(!) we can easily expand this to a much greater region. After the big chores are completed on a new or existing network, we can easily administer all but the most critical items remotely, via secure connections of course.
Additionally, even if you're site is not that far, or maybe even in our service area, remote network administration can be of mutual benefit. After all, time is money. And for us, it's all about time. But for you, remote administration could mean nearly instantaneous technical support. Imagine giving us a buzz, and while we're on the phone, we remotely log in to your problem PC or Server, and begin the troubleshooting process immediately. We see on our monitors, what you're seeing on yours!
And by the by, if you're a home user on a broadband cable or DSL connection, we'll be glad to discuss this option for you as well.
